Innergy Power has been building battery packs for almost 20 years and we take great pride in providing custom battery pack solutions, in multiple chemistries, for a wide range of electronic applications.   We produce battery packs for portable and stationary applications plus we recently announced our plans to begin the design and manufacturing of Electric Vehicle (EV) batteries ranging from eBikes to NEVs and PHEVs.  We will provide battery solutions in SLA, NiMH and/or Li chemistries.

Innergy Power’s engineering team has extensive experience in designing and building battery packs of all the leading chemistries.  We can design the battery and charging solution to meet your product’s energy requirements.  Innergy Power will utilize the necessary design tools to optimize reliability, safety and manufacturability of your battery, giving you a cost effective and dependable solution.

As appropriate, Innergy will provide CAD drawings and prototypes for your review, approval and pre-production development.

From simple cell tabbing and shrink-wrapping packs of primary batteries to more complex custom assemblies, Innergy Power  can work with you on replacement battery packs and/or new OEM battery packs and charging solutions.

Innergy Power is willing to quote on small runs as well as high volume production runs on any battery products  and we offer contract manufacturing services as well in our Tijuana, Mexico facility.
